Accepting challenges means opening yourself to the world in order to expand your horizons and discover new things. To that end, life presents us with opportunities that help us to evolve and improve. Giving one’s best is the best way to grow and develop as a person.
This 15th European Supported Employment Conference is one of these opportunities. Our main objective is to make progress throughout the European Union and further the model of labour inclusion of people with disabilities, who are also at risk of social exclusion.
We have a great deal of talent. WE HAVE THE TALENT.
Will you accept the challenge?
Aura Foundation, alongside AESE, EUSE and ONCE Foundation, is organizing the 15th European Congress on Supported Employment. This Conference will be a meeting point for Supported Employment professionals, participants from organizations and companies committed to inclusion.
The aim of the Conference is to make progress throughout the European Union and further the model of labour inclusion, sharing best practices and highlighting innovative processes, with a person-centred approach. We offer people with intellectual disabilities support to establish different strategies and build their own full-life project. We use a methodology that is individually adjusted, offering the necessary support to consolidate, maintain and promote inclusion in the ordinary labour market.
Supported Employment optimizes the transfer of learning so that it can be applied directly to the lives of people with IDs, thus achieving full inclusion. We currently serve more than 400 people who have achieved maximum autonomy tiene menú contextual.
EUSE has played a critical role in promoting and developing employment opportunities so that people with disabilities can access and maintain employment. From the outset, the Supported Employment model was developed to help people with significant disabilities access employment in the open labour market. In addition, EUSE has been at the forefront of key policy and legislative changes.
AESE’s mission is to promote the development of Supported Employment in Spain and Latin America. AESE ensures the quality of the system, offering guidance on the implementation of new services and advising job coaches who are involved in their implementation, to ensure the correct use of this system according to the quality standards of the EUSE (European Union of Supported Employment).
The ONCE Foundation contributes to the full social inclusion of people with disabilities, and to making the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination effective. The vision of ONCE Foundation is to constantly evolve in the face of new challenges, in order to continue leading social inclusion and the autonomy of people with disabilities in a supportive and sustainable way.
